What is Fit Yoga?
FIT Yoga is a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Pilates elements.
Hatha, हठ योग, represents the sun, the power, and the masculine energy (Ha), as well as the moon, stillness, and the feminine energy (Tha). Through meditation and powerful static exercises, held for several breaths, balance between mind and body is achieved.
Vinyasa Flow, विन्यास, is a modern form of Ashtanga. Synced with the breath, dynamic movements are executed fluidly. The constant flow of movement keeps the mind engaged and enables the body to strengthen its power, maintain balance, and increase flexibility.
Joseph Pilates developed exercises during World War I for the weakened and ill. This led to a health-focused concept, emphasizing the core of the body. Targeted strengthening of deep small muscle groups, particularly the pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles, improves posture and body awareness.
Historically, FIT Yoga traces its roots back to the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya.
FIT Yoga aims to combine the best of both worlds, guiding you into a holistic flow, strengthening the core, finding balance, and experiencing flexibility.

My teachers:
Balazs Heller
Balazs has a background in gymnastics, was a Hungarian champion, and a European Yoga Asana Champion. He founded the FIT Yoga concept with a focus on a healthy spine. His concept is recognized and registered as a distinct style of Power Vinyasa with the Yoga Alliance. In addition to Yoga Teacher Trainings, Balazs offers Life Coaching, courses on vegan nutrition, Reiki, and meditations. He has learned from many teachers, including Fred Busch, who teaches Power Vinyasa and specializes in lower back pain (and has also published a Book on the topic).
I am convinced by Balazs’ holistic approach and the structure of his yoga classes, which promise both relaxation and physical challenges.
Karin Heller
Karin is a Pilates instructor who teaches Pranayama (breathing exercises), movement meditation, and a gentle form of Power Yoga. Coming from a dance background, she incorporates small elements of dance into her yoga style, which is why she is also called Yoga Dancer.
She has learned from several teachers, including Shiva Rea, who teaches Prana Vinyasa and is known for creativity and femininity.
Karin's positive energy flows through every movement, inspiring everyone to follow her into the flow.
